- All enabled fields marked with a * (red asterisk) are compulsory for MSGS Registration 2026-2027. If any data is unavailable, specify N.A. in that field.
- You need to use a Javascript enabled browser to fill up the application form. Recommended and tested browsers are Internet Explorer 8+, Mozilla FireFox 2, Mozilla FireFox 3.
- Please keep a copy of the filled form for your records.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Please specify the correct e-mail ID in the form as one copy of the form will go directly to your e-mail ID.
- Please ensure there will be no use of special character and apostrophe while filling the input fields.
- Important: YOU ARE ADVISED TO FILL IN ONLY ONE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
- DUPLICATE FORMS SHALL BE REJECTED.
